Not a large restaurant, but not small either. Just the right size to ensure your food is made fresh and not with a long wait. Service on the multiple times my daughter and I were there was prompt and very pleasant. Last visit I brought a take out sushi bowl to my Japanese Mrs and she approved. Choices are good and food quality was good+. Really liked their yakisoba.

Food is actually not bad, but not kid's friendly. I don't mind to come back myself instead of bringing kids with. Also please be aware, when 6 and plus people dining in, they will add 20% tips, which I understand, but still feel little uncomfortable when we are 2 mothers with 4 small kids. However, they've told us before dinning, it was our choice to stay or not. Otherwise, dish wares are pretty, the server is polite and nice, and the parking is a plus!

They have recently changed their menu to include more traditional Japanese soul food in addition to sushi, sashimi, and vegan options. We chose to eat here for the traditional fare and were very impressed. Sushi is also really good. Very clean and cozy dining area. Quick service.

Another great meal from Kamakura's! ( from the back left side - forward) Order First Think Later Roll Vegan Spicy California Roll Custom Made Veggie Roll (On The Right) Death By Crunch Roll

My friend and I went here for the first time tonight. It isn't not a huge place but the employees were very friendly and very attentive. Always filling waters, always checking on us to make sure everything was ok. The food came out quick and the rolls were huge! We got the Geisha Roll, Cry Baby Roll and The Boss Roll. They were all super yummy! Will be back for sure!

I came for the food but I keep coming back for the staff. I'm not kidding. I have never met friendlier, more helpful, enjoyable servers anywhere. Jenny and Stacha are truly delightful (I hope I spelled their names correctly :-) and they serve really good vegan sushi! My recommendations: Nigiri shiitake - little gem of flavorful chewy mushroom and rice. Grilled onion roll -yum Crunch inari - great texture Japanse Vegan milk tea black - good! Death by crunch- sweet, salty, and crunchy Sunamono - cucumber salad -good! Vegan Rangoon - fried wontons - tasty!
